We would like to introduce a case where the radar-type microwave level gauge 'MWLM-PR26H7S' handled by Matsushima Majortech was implemented in a mobile tripper. In the case of laser or ultrasonic types, there was a risk of erroneous measurements due to reflections from dust and steam, and the influence of dust and steam could cause sound waves to attenuate, leading to unstable measurements. By introducing this microwave product, which has the property of being able to penetrate without reflections (noise) from dust and steam, we were able to monitor multiple bunker levels from the mobile tripper. We would like to introduce a case where the microwave level gauge 'MWLM-PR26H7S' handled by Matsushima Majatech was implemented in a biomass plant chicken manure silo. With the existing level gauge, there was constant accumulation of deposits even with a cleaning frequency of once a month. However, after switching to this product, the inside of the antenna three months later had almost no deposits even without cleaning. By utilizing a PTFE-coated antenna, this product reduces the accumulation of deposits and takes advantage of water droplets from condensation to wash away the deposits, thereby reducing cleaning work.
